Biore UV Perfect Bright Milk Review

My skin has been horrible lately and I've been seeing a dermatologist at the Asian Hospital and Medical Center in Alabang. You can click here to read all about what happened.

Anyway, I haven't been wearing a lot of makeup lately--actually, I don't wear makeup anymore because I'm letting my skin heal. But what I've been wearing non-stop is the Biore UV Perfect Bright Milk. The dermatologist told me that I could actually wear makeup but I needed sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 30. The first thing that came to my mind was that I could use this product because it has SPF 50.

Biore UV Perfect Bright Milk comes out as a thin, pinkish liquid that glides on your skin and absorbs very quickly leaving no sticky feeling. It gives us maximum sun protection with SPF 50+ that protects us from the harmful UVB rays that cause sunburns and PA++++ that protects from UVA rays which cause premature aging.

I love this product because not only does it protect my healing skin right now, it actually mattifies my face so I don't have to use a powder. This product gives off a pinkish radiant glow and the texture is super light. It doesn't feel like I have sunscreen on my face at all. It's water proof and sweat proof which is perfect for the summer and our humid country, so this has been my go-to everyday. The only con I could think about this product is that it makes my face look a little lighter than the rest of my body. Lol. No biggie. Just apply it also on the neck since that area is prone to aging and sunburn too.

Overall, heavy duty product without feeling heavy on the skin. This feels uber light, almost nothing at all. It's good for sensitive skin, offers protection from UVA and UVB, plus an instant mattifier. Highly recommend!

Update: December 2016
I'm currently peeling my skin right now (acne scars are still a big problem of mine) so I opted not to use any makeup at all this week. I tried using a few different products for my SPF, but what I found out is that this is really the best sunscreen for oily skin. This really mattifies the skin and it doesn't give me that dewy haggard look. Plus points because I don't actually need to powder my face the whole day. Two thumbs up. It's just really a great sunscreen and makeup base!
