Celeteque Eyebrow Defining Kit Review and Swatch

If you've been having pimples or hair stubs on your brows, maybe it's time to change your brow product? New year, new brows?

The Céleteque DermoCosmetics Eyebrow Defining Kit is a 2-in-1 formulation of Tinted Wax and color-complementing Eyebrow Powder containing Shea Butter and Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) to moisturize and smoothen your brow area, as well as Argan Kernel Oil to ease the blending process. The overall effect is easy-to-achieve definition for your brows.

I'm using the Celeteque Eyebrow Defining Kit in the shade Deep Brown in this photo.

Who gets pimples on the brow area? You? Nope? Wait, is it only me? Haha. My go-to product has always been this, but I noticed that there's always an occasional bump here and there. Usually the bumps are clogged up oil and dirt that lead to pimples or maybe it's a hair follicle that can't get through... actually, there could be various reasons. But have you ever considered that maybe your brow product is the culprit?

If you haven't heard, Celeteque DermoCosmetics released a bunch of new makeup. You can read about it here. They've always promised to create the best products when it comes to sensitive skin and acne-prone skin, so I gave their Celeteque Eyebrow Defining Kit a try.

There are two shades available for the Celeteque Eyebrow Defining Kit: medium brown and deep brown. Packaging-wise, it comes in an all-white plastic compact with a tinted wax and a complementing eyebrow powder. A small double-ended brush is also included, one end is angled and the other end is a brush. Take note that the compact is very, very sturdy and it also comes with a mirror perfect for on-the-go babes like us.

The wax and brow product contains shea butter, vitamin E, and argan kernel oil to moisturize the brow area and provide a smooth blending process upon application. Upon testing it for a few weeks, I'd have to say yes to the claims. Blending the wax and the powder was super easy and I found that there's very little fallout for the powder. Both shades are pigmented and the "look" would just depend on how heavily you apply this. I always aim for a more natural unfinished look and I loved how it turned out.

For longevity, this will last you a whole day... a little faded, but you don't really need to retouch. I wear this from 5 a.m. all the way to 6 p.m. and it triumphs over my oily skin and even a little sweat from riding the jeepney Madrigal Park to Festival Mall. Not sure if this is water-proof, it doesn't claim to be, so no biggy there. I also think that the longevity really depends on how heavy you apply this in the morning.

Verdict? The Celeteque Eyebrow Defining Kit truly is a great product for troubled skin. No new pimple bump for two weeks while I was testing this out. I love my dip brow pomade, but sometimes I really can't help but wonder if it's causing the bumps. Packaging is amazing, I really feel the sturdiness of the compact. You can partner up the wax and the brow powder or you can wear them separately, it really depends on you. The brush, although small, is quite good because it's angled and double-ended. I'm more used to spoolies, but it's not a big deal for me as this is easy to blend. For the price? I apologize but I'm not really sure. I'd expect something along the PHP 600 mark because this isn't just a makeup product. It also has skincare benefits in the formula. This is really tested and proven out to be the best for sensitive skin.

If you happen to pass by SM or Watsons and see the price, could you please post it in the comments? I'd really appreciate it.
