December 2015 Birthday Haul

Today's post is about my December haul filled with stuff that I bought for myself as "birthday gifts" and some stuff that I got. I haven't done a haul post in a while so, this would be a first for 2016. In my older haul posts, I posted their prices -- but this time, I won't just because my bank account and wallet will be hurt so much that crying isn't even an option. BUT it was my birthday month and I've actually saved money for my purchases aside from my vacation money... so, here we go :)

I've always wanted to try the L'Oreal True Match foundation and I heard this was an improved formula. Also, the bottle now includes a pump. There was a big sale, so I just finally gave in. I got lots of L'Oreal products this 2015. Sales just kept happening! Lol.

Sansan HD concealer in Olive, really love the coverage of this one for my blemishes. And no, please don't use this as a highlighter. I noticed the formula got thicker too. For the review, click here.

Finess oil control sheets, I'm a fan. It's super affordable and it carries 100 sheets. I always have this in my makeup bag.

I also got the Maybelline lip polish because it was on sale. I'm not a fan of lip glosses, but I tried this one and it has an approval from me. It's not too sticky :)

I bought three blushes, Essence in Baby Doll; and the two new EB Advance blushes in Fig and Peony.

Packaging made be buy this. Two body scents from Forme. The watermelon scent just made me go to the counter and bring my wallet out. Haha.

And because a birthday isn't complete without MAC, I got myself Brave which is my MLBB shade and the Springsheen blush which is pretty close to Orgasm. My Nars Orgasm just keeps on giving up on me. I know you've seen me drop it or when I posted pictures of it cracked on IG. It may be jinxed. It was a birthday gift last year.

From Etude House's sale, I finally got the Stay Up Foundation. Works pretty good and exceeded my expectations when it came to coverage. I also got the tight shading corset because I wanted to try a new bronzer/contour powder.

From The Face Shop, I've been wanting an aloe moisturizer and this is the most affordable one I found from the Korean brands. I also got their cotton pads for only PHP 65. I might actually do a post on that cotton pad. Haha. Like who does that? Lol. I won't recommend you to use your micellar water on this cotton pad.

I also got two Essence blushes because I requested them from my officemate. The shades are It Girl and Life's a Cherry.

Boyfie was sweet enough to give me this rose gold tweezer that comes in a cute bag with a mirror and he found L'Oreal Glamour Fuschia which I've been searching for. They were all sold out in the South. I didn't want to get it but I always kept swatching it whenever I'm in the makeup aisle. I knew I wouldn't buy it considering how many purple lipsticks I own, but boyfie got it for me. So, that's an excuse to have one more purple lipstick right? Haha. Thank you!

For an online haul, all of these are from @all_about_authentic. This is my first liquid lipstick, the Anastasia Beverly Hills American Doll and my first Benefit Cosmetics blush in Coralista. Of course, included is a Colourpop haul -- a brand that's very affordable and quality is amazing! Highly recommend. MAC Mehr and Twig were also included last December.

Review of Ever Bilena Pink andBrown palette, here.

Last but not the least, Ever Bilena eyeshadow palettes. These are new and just released in the market late last year. I don't really use eyeshadow because of my hooded eyes, but when I do, I use neutral colors. But this Brown palette is actually cool toned. I've always been using warm toned browns and I wanted to see how it would look on me. For the Pink palette, if you saw the swatches I posted on Instagram, you'll see that the colors look very similar to a very popular palette with the number 3 on it. Shades are also quite close to color :)

And there you have it folks. That's where my holiday pay went! Lol. But of course, I did go on vacation too. I don't know if I'll post it here since it's quite personal, but the place I went to was sooo beautiful. I mean, I'm tired of beach resorts so I went to a farm resort :)

I had a great 2015, filled with ups and downs, but I just wanted to thank you baes for sticking with me through everything. I hope you had a great 2015 and may 2016 be filled with blessings for us! :)
